After careful consideration and consultation with Peach County Emergency Management and other relevant agencies, all Peach County Schools will be closed for students and staff on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, due to anticipated impacts from winter weather.
Additionally, all after-school extracurricular activities scheduled for Wednesday, January 22, 2025, are canceled.
We sincerely hope everyone stays safe and warm!


Due to predicted inclement weather, all Peach County Schools will be closed Tuesday, January 21, 2025 for both students and staff.


We are excited to announce the Heartfelt Dance on February 14th for students who follow school-wide expectations! This event will take place during the school day and promises to be a fun experience.
Important details:
1. Students should wear normal attire; no formal attire or treats are needed.
2. Parents/guardians are not allowed to attend.
3. Students can purchase concessions during the dance.
4. All school-wide expectations must be followed.


FVMS proudly announces that Adrian Fleming is the District School Spelling Bee Champion! He and John Cornelious represented our school exceptionally well. Adrian will go on to represent Peach County Schools in the Regional Spelling Bee.

In observance of the National Day of Mourning, FVMS students took time to learn about the life and legacy of President Jimmy Carter. They participated in a guided lesson that highlighted his early life, the challenges and successes of his presidency, and his numerous humanitarian efforts.

The Fine Arts Winter Concert was a beautiful display of our students' talents! Check out a few highlights from yesterday's event.




The Starbase 2.0 club proudly showcased their hard work at the First Lego League’s robotics competition in Macon, Ga. The club presented to judges how they used the engineering design process to tackle challenges faced by deep-sea divers, specifically focusing on oxygen toxicity. Additionally, they built and programmed a robot using block coding and various sensors to complete mission table tasks.











Semester exams will take place on December 16th, 17th, and 18th. Please refer to the schedule for each grade level for each day.


We hope to see you this evening at our Fine Arts Concert which starts at 6 pm. It promises to be a wonderful evening of captivating performances from our talented students.
