The Fine Arts Winter Concert was a beautiful display of our students' talents! Check out a few highlights from yesterday's event.
The Starbase 2.0 club proudly showcased their hard work at the First Lego League’s robotics competition in Macon, Ga. The club presented to judges how they used the engineering design process to tackle challenges faced by deep-sea divers, specifically focusing on oxygen toxicity. Additionally, they built and programmed a robot using block coding and various sensors to complete mission table tasks.
Semester exams will take place on December 16th, 17th, and 18th. Please refer to the schedule for each grade level for each day.
We hope to see you this evening at our Fine Arts Concert which starts at 6 pm. It promises to be a wonderful evening of captivating performances from our talented students.

Mr. Philip Grant owns PWG Lens, a photography business in Atlanta, Georgia. He shared his entrepreneurial journey with Mr. Bryant’s students, discussing his challenges and strategies to overcome them.
Peach County Schools will be closed for Christmas Break December 19th -January 1st. Students will return to school on Friday, January 3rd.

FVMS would like to formally welcome Dr. Shawn Davidson to our FVMS Family. Dr. Davidson will serve as our new ESOL Teacher.
Ms. Charvez Holmes was chosen to receive the Don Cargill STEM Scholar Award sponsored by GYSTC. As a STEM Scholar, Ms. Holmes was chosen for her efforts to improve student engagement and learning in the area of STEM. Recipients receive a $500 grant to purchase STEM materials to use in their classrooms. Congratulations, Ms. Charvez Holmes!
