Fort Valley Middle School is proud to announce that Mrs. Coley-Davis has been selected as a Georgia Teachers Initiative Grant for Innovation recipient through the Georgia Foundation for Public Education (GFPE) and the College Football Playoff Foundation (CFPF)!
Her innovative proposal earned $2,500 in funding to support the FVMS Literacy Lab, a creative space designed to inspire reading, writing, and critical thinking across all grade levels. The Literacy Lab will provide students with engaging opportunities to strengthen their literacy skills through hands-on learning, collaboration, and exploration.

Last week, students created Mood Boards to reflect the Restart characters' vibe, and the Trojan News Team hosted a fun RestartTrivia Game Show, with Isaac Contreras emerging as the winner! All Aboard the Trojan Train! There are 40 slots for students to ride the Trojan Train to the Battle of Metro Football Championship on Saturday, November 15th. The cost for transportation is $15. Students who ride the bus must purchase their own game ticket through GoFan! The bus will depart at 12:30 p.m. and return by 7:00 p.m.

Day 3 of Red Ribbon Week was for the Trojans to Rally in Red!
Today, our Trojans chose to pair up against drugs for the second day of Red Ribbon Week!
