Dear Parents and Guardians,

It’s time to select a parent representative for the Fort Valley Middle School Local School Governance Team (LSGT)!

The LSGT is a group of school stakeholders—including parents, teachers, and community members—who work together to provide input on school policies, budgeting, and programs to support student success. Having a parent representative ensures that families have a strong voice in important school decisions.

Please take a moment to review the bios of the nominated and self-nominated parents in the link below:

Katelyn Barton
Evan Ellyson
Phyllis Matthews Davis
Sabrina Raven

How to vote:
Click the link to the Google Form https://forms.gle/NtRT85nSTteQuj5b7
Read each parent’s bio.
Select one parent to represent parents on the LSGT.
Submit your vote.
Voting deadline: Friday, November 7th at 3:00 p.m.

Each parent/guardian may submit one vote. Your participation ensures your voice is heard in shaping school decisions.
Thank you for supporting Fort Valley Middle School and being an active part of our school community!

Best regards,

Kizzy S. Johnson
